Telecaller

We’re hiring female Telecallers (Freshers) for our Choolaimedu, Chennai office. Candidates should be confident, clear-speaking, and eager to learn. The role involves handling client calls, explaining project details, and supporting the sales team in converting enquiries into site visits.

• Make outbound & inbound calls to leads generated from CRM, Meta Ads, Google Ads, and online campaigns
• Clearly explain project details, pricing, offers, and benefits to prospects
• Coordinate site visit appointments with the Sales Team
• Follow up with interested customers and nurture leads systematically
• Update lead status, call notes, and follow-up details in CRM / Google Sheets
• Share brochures, images, and videos via WhatsApp or email
• Provide daily call and lead progress updates to the reporting manager

• Freshers or 0–1 year experience candidates welcome
• Internship experience in telecalling / sales / Telecalling / CRM course preferred
• Good communication skills in Tamil & English
• Basic understanding of customer handling and follow-ups
• Comfortable using WhatsApp, Google Sheets, and basic CRM tools
• Willing to learn sales processes and grow in real estate domain
• Female candidates only with a pleasant voice and professional phone etiquette
